Highfields Disability Service (HDS) is an independent, for purpose organization established in 2021 with a vision to support people with disability to live their best life, starting with equal access to education and life-skills learning, community participation, and employment.
Today we focus on ability – on dreams, goals and potential. We collaborate with our customers to imagine the possibilities and then work together to make them happen.

Our Company has been supporting people with a disability since 2020. We specialize in 24-hour disability programs for individuals with multiple and complex needs across Queensland (Toowoomba region).
Our aim is to be a trusted support provider to people with a disability and children and youth.
